About the role
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Backend Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining reliable and scalable backend applications and APIs.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust server-side applications and RESTful APIs.
Design and implement efficient database structures, queries, and integrations.
Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
Integrate backend services with frontend applications and third-party APIs.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs and performance issues.
Implement authentication, authorization, validation, and security best practices.
Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other team members.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.
Write and maintain unit and integration tests where required.
Monitor application performance and optimize backend services for scalability.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of backend programming and software development concepts.
Experience with one or more backend technologies such as C#, ASP.NET Core, Java, Node.js, or similar frameworks
Good understanding of REST APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, authentication, and authorization
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server or MySQL.
Understanding of Git and version control.
Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
